A mid-century landscape reduced to blocks of colour and gesture. Buildings and fields are suggested rather than described, with the composition held together through tone and rhythm.

Stawåsen works with a loose, confident hand, allowing forms to break down into layered brushwork. Earthy reds, ochres and soft greens create a warm, cohesive palette, balanced by cooler notes throughout.

Modest in scale but visually active, the piece brings movement and colour without overwhelming a space.
