Nisse Zetterberg (1910–1986) was a Swedish painter, graphic artist, and art educator known for his realist style and mural works. His art emphasised painterly values and precise colour composition, capturing everyday motifs with technical care and warmth.
Zetterberg’s works are represented in several major Swedish institutions, including the Nationalmuseum, Moderna Museet, Nordiska museet, and regional museums like Kalmar Konstmuseum and Vetlanda Museum. He was awarded the Prins Eugen-medaljen in 1976 for outstanding artistic achievement.
