A large painting of a warm, sun-washed view of a hillside village rendered in soft, earthy tones. The buildings are simplified into blocks of pale cream and sand, sitting against rolling hills and a deep blue sky. Dark cypress trees punctuate the scene, giving the composition structure while keeping the overall feeling calm and balanced.

The painting has a relaxed, mid-century feel, with loose brushwork and a palette of ochres, warm browns and muted greens that sit easily in modern interiors.

Dimensions 66x80cm framed. 

Good vintage condition, the frame has a few tarnishes as pictured which are to be expected.
