A serene Scandinavian landscape looking out across wide fields beneath an expansive blue sky. The land unfolds in soft horizontal bands of green, ochre and earth tones, leading the eye gently toward a distant line of trees on the horizon.

Painted with confident, expressive brushwork, the artist simplifies the landscape into clear planes of colour rather than focusing on fine detail. The composition has a quiet modernist character, where colour, light and structure work together to create a sense of calm space.

The broad sky and open ground give the painting a feeling of stillness and balance, while the small groupings of trees add rhythm across the landscape. It’s a thoughtful, understated work that brings a peaceful presence to a wall.
