Paysage Vert et Jaune

A large, expressive landscape defined by depth, texture and tonal richness. Layers of green, ochre and earth tones are built up through confident, gestural brushwork, creating a composition that feels both structured and fluid.

Exhibited at the Salon du Sud-Est in Lyon (label on verso), most likely during the 1973 Hommage à l’artiste, the work reflects a period of assured, mature handling.
